Since 1967, Pat Porter has lived and worked in the San Fernando Valley. Her knowledge and professionalism are well known throughout the real estate industry.  Her motto is and always has been "putting clients first". 
 
 
Pat's clients become her friends. She really listens to their real estate needs, and provides them the best representation possible.  She follows through on all the details of the sales process and is there to answer any questions and address any challenge that may arise.   
 
 
Pat also has many years of experience in the field of real estate.  She serves on the Professional Standards Committee of the Southland Regional Association of Realtors and has received the outstanding member award many times. She has completed the Pepperdine University School of Law course entitled "Mediating the Litigated Case"  
 
 
Pat currently acts as a professional mediator in real estate transactions. Although Pat is now devoting her full time to sales, she takes pride in her lengthy career as a general manager & owner-manager of Valley real estate companies. She was Responsible Realtor for one of the largest independent real estate companies in Southern California, and was recently appointed Associate Manager of the West Valley Regional office of Coldwell Banker, located in Woodland Hills.  She still brings all her knowledge and experience to better serve her buyers and sellers throughout the Valley.
